Countless marriages have crushed and crumbled around money. Money issues are major causes of divorce. Don’t let money run your marriage. In the hands of a godly people money is a great blessing but “the love of money is the root of all evil.” Money can buy you sex but it can’t buy love. Money can get you a spouse but it can’t get you a happy lasting marriage. Money can buy you a beautiful house but it can’t buy you a happy home. Money can buy you a comfortable bed but it can’t buy you peaceful sleep. Money can buy you food but it can’t buy you appetite. Money can buy you conveniences but it can’t buy you contentment. Money can buy you health insurance but it can’t buy you health. Therefore don’t build your marriage on Cash; build it on Christ the immovable Solid Rock.
